Q: Can I still reserve a unit and move in?

A: Yes. We are open with restrictions in place. We are restricting the number of people in the office at any one time but you may still visit us by appointment only. You can book an appointment to come and look around or book a unit (maximum of 2 people at any one time). We can also book units over the telephone if you know what size of unit you would like. When you arrive on site we ask you to please sanitise your hands when you arrive and before you leave.

Q: I haven’t got a direct debit set up and usually come to the office to pay, how can I paynow?

A: You can pay via BACS or over the telephone during office hours on 0121 378 2870

Q: Have any changes been made to access hours during this time?

A: No, our access hours remain the same at present.

Q: Are you still accepting deliveries during the coronavirus outbreak?

A: Yes, we can still accept deliveries but please consider if your delivery is essential or not before making arrangements.

Q: Can I still use a trolley?

A: Yes, of course. We do ask if possible, for you to either wear gloves whilst using a trolley or to wash/sanitise your hands before and after use.
